I love the holiday season.  The lights, the family, the friends, the joy.  I especially love seeing all the memories on our Christmas tree.  I love the mix of kids handmade paper gingerbread men to my collection of beautiful milestone ornaments.  I’ve always bought my personalized ornaments from premium manufacturers (crystal, porcelain) but those companies have reduced the options and quality of their ornaments in the last 5 years (I rubbed the gold name off of one of the ornaments).  All I could find were laser cut wood or multi colored paint your name on style ornaments.  Neither fit my desire to mark important milestones and years with heirloom quality keepsakes.  One day, while making pottery, I realized that instead of making mugs and bowls, I could just make the quality personalized ornaments I was struggling to find to buy.  And so the journey started.
